We will exchange or refund any artwork with which you are not satisfied, provided it is returned within 10 days of receipt.
This excludes custom-made pieces created to meet your specific needs. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or credit for an item that is not returned in its original condition or within 10 days of receipt.
You must notify us by email at info@ateliergaleriedartsolart.com of your intention to return an item before shipping it. This will allow us to provide you with instructions and a transaction authorization number, which will enable us to issue a refund or credit upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a shipping method that allows you to insure and track your return package, and keeping the tracking number on file. We are not responsible for return packages that are damaged, misaddressed, or lost.
